Dedicated Server Password Removing Itself Posted: 02 Jun 2021 10:22 AM PDT So I'm hosting a dedicated server for a small community of friends and I have Admin Takeover disabled on the server and I also password protect the server itself, but we keep running into issues of the slots being filled up because randomers are on the server. Whenever I join the server it asks me for a password, but then 5 seconds later a random person joins the server who has no idea of the password. I'm not sure why the password isn't required for strangers to join a private game, is there something in the settings file that I can change to prevent the password from deleting itself? submitted by /u/Hraesvelgi [link] [comments]
