Replayed biotics labs after awhile and i've noticed crap all over the place where you can easily get ganged up by trash like it's nothing. Was it done on purpose to piss you off and be an extra difficulty or was that because of y'know...not superb map design?

Haven't gotten a vault crate in months

Over the past 8 months or so I've gone from about 7m to 19.5m and have yet to get even a single vault crate despite telling me I've earned them, is there any way to fix this? I'm on x1
