Healer and welder gone from inventory?

So I was playing an endless match with my bud and he gets shot by like 4 husks at once so I'm the last man standing and I notice my health is getting low, so I go to heal myself, nothing. It's not on cooldown or anything, it just won't let me heal myself, so I got to the inventory menu to equip it manually and it's just gone from my weapons. So is my M9 and my welder, all just missing from my inventory for no reason at all. So I get killed through no fault of my own. This is absolutely infuriating, is anyone experiencing this and/or have a fix?
