    So I was grinding some suicidal solos and I got the Matriarch boss. Everything was good until she did the plasma cannon attack. I was standing behind cover and the beam from the gun appears out of nowhere and hits me. At that point I shit myself and ran away. Only to see that there was no possible way for her to hit me. Brushed it off as maybe she just ran over there. Then, I was standing in an open area and she did it agian. The beam spawned behind me and melted me. I couldn't get a clip of it, so if anyone else has experienced this please make sure I'm not crazy. Thanks

    SA80 weight reduction: fucking kino; I can see the three commandos that wanted to use that weapon actually using it now. Guess who's one of them.

    9mm finally working with the corresponding skills: holy shit, thank you so much.

    Berserker changes: I honestly have no idea what prompted those buffs, but I'm not complaining. Maybe people will learn to appreciate the left tree more instead of "muh spartan" and "muh parry". I'm for whatever brings people to try out the other parts of perks.

    Medic change: What does that total now? 200-ish health if the medic loses 1 with each hit? Because, like, I love the idea of that combined with the super secret medic tanking technique. Hopefully it gets more appreciated.

    Season pass with regional pricing: I'm a bit skeptical about it, given the recognition I was given by one of the TWI employees that the KF2 store does work with regional pricing, only for it to remain filthy fucking expensive for some people (me included, which is my issue with it). Some math here:

    • Badass Santa is 9,99 USD in the KF2 store. With the conversion that I just checked to make sure I'm not spitting any bullshit here, it's 55,99 BRL. Yeah, I click to buy it and it gives me a cart with that amount. But why is this a problem? This is why:
    • KF2 is 29,99 USD in its Steam page; I just double-checked it with a friend from the US. Now take a guess at how much it costs for me when I go to the page and check the BRL value... no, you got it wrong; it's only 55,99 BRL. Not even double the amount in comparison to the KF2 store, which is making its price over five fucking times bigger.
    • Yes, I turned this feedback-ish post into another rant about the overpriced store.

    Medic buff icons: it's a great idea by itself, truly. We were needing proper indicators of when it's working and what is working and this thing on its own is nothing short of a blessing. However, I'd like to point out the toxicity that exists towards the right tree from certain players, who can sometimes go as far as to start causing drama just to get a medic player kicked from a match for no reason other than "they're using the right tree". It doesn't matter how many people the medic saved from crawlers, how many scrakes got EMPed by an Incision or how well the medic is managing to juggle healing and shooting (what people buy shooters for, usually); the moment some guy dies to 4 crawlers and 2 stalkers in the single second the medic turned around to heal another teammate, it's gonna be "bad medic doesn't have buffs", "medic's throwing the match".

    It's usually the same story: prestiged perk, guy won't stray from his meta loadout even with a gun pointed at his head and learned only to play one specific way, considering everything else unviable or subpar, as opposed to the meta just being the easiest/minmaxed choice. It's... just bad to give these people ammo to complain like that, even if the intention behind it is obviously just QoL to properly inform players and not a malicious "haha let's cause players to kick medics, this will be hilarious".

    I think it's very important to apply that along with a rework on the way medic buffs work. To me, the medic would benefit from having an innate single buff, as opposed to the left tree having three and the right tree having none, not to mention the acidic rounds counterpart being the most "useless" of the three, as players ideally understand their breakpoints and work off of what they can do without the damage buffs, instead of with them. Damage reduction and speed, on the other hand, are always useful to escape tough situations and don't depend on the player doing anything but either existing or moving, which is much easier than dedicating attention to shooting something in a tight spot. I don't know how to rebalance the tree to make that system work, but I do think the current system hinders freedom for the medic unless they want to risk finding these extremely toxic people and enter a needless confrontation.

    I´ve returned to the game after...a year or so? And I saw some new nice weapons they added to the game. For some reason, whenever I want to buy the bundles, I can´t since steam continuesly loads an error. Does anyone know about that bug?

    Is there a way to enable both sides of the skill tree? Like a gamemode or a tutorial teaching how to edit skill tree with SDK. Not playing online, just solo.
