    To avoid future duplicate posts on the front page, this megathread will serve as a news thread for the ongoing progression saving issue for XBox One versions of KF2.

    FAQ

    What is this bug?

    Users are reporting that perk progression does not save after a match (i.e. levelling a perk from Level 1 to 2, but it resets back to Level 1 upon quitting to main menu). In addition, daily objectives tend to reset upon quitting to main menu after a match/restarting the game.

    How long will it take for this glitch to be resolved?

    It's up to anyone's guess, but do have patience, and hope it gets resolved soon! In the meanwhile, do keep a lookout for more updates from official sources (i.e. the official Twitter account)

    Does this affect PC (Steam/EGS, live/beta builds) and PS4 versions of the game?

    Nope, these versions are not affected.

    I found a bug that isn't the ongoing XP progression bug! Where do I go to report it?

    The Tripwire Bug Report subforums is the best way to bring a bug to Tripwire's attention.

    Having a crazy bug rn on xbox where my dailys change everytime I enter a game, restart the app, pretty much any time I pass a loading screen. Ive tested it about 15 times and they randomize every time.

    And worse, its not saving any xp information. Anyone seeing anything similar?

    XP Glitch 2020 September

    As of September 2020 the XP glitch where you cannot level up still stands. This is very frustrating because after pouring hours upon hours into the game my field medic perk stays at level 0. I am asking the community to speak out and raise more attention to this game breaking glitch.

    I've lost lile 20 vault cases now. Everytime I enter the vault and i get one, I go to my inventory and it's not there. Is there anyone that had this problem?

    I played a bit with it and I won't lie, I was kinda let down. I really expected to go in like the Team Fortress 2 Heavy. Reality was not so kind. The gun is insane under the right conditions, but it is far too clunky in others

    Now, the obvious fix is to either drastically increase base mag size, or remove reloads altogether and have one big clip. Speeding up the reload would also accomplish this, but seems less fluid than just increasing the mag.

    Or reduce the recoil. You already have to kinda tap fire at range or you're wasting bullets, and the high recoil gives the weapon bad tunnel-vision when things are up close. So a little less recoil would allow you to spray a bit better and the whole thing would still be balanced out by the lower ammo capacity.

    A Question about Demo vs Gunslinger

    If the Demo can effectively kill HVTs then why is a Gunslinger preferable? Besides the whole "doesn't fuck up other aim-heavy classes" argument. This is coming from a lv25 Gunslinger having a mid-life crisis.
