So, I've recently encountered an extraordinarily strange bug. My fps randomly, and I do mean randomly, will cap itself at 30 fps during gameplay. This could be in between the first two waves where nothing is happening or while I'm smashing in the skull of a king fleshpound on round 50 of endless on ANY map. The weirdest part is, it'll only be capped during gameplay. I can hit pause or go into the shop screen and I'll immediately jump back up to 150-240fps. It'll stay at a consistent 31fps without Vsyncor 30 with VSync, according to the steam FPS counter. This is with max settings full gibs or minimum settings no gibs. My temps are perfectly fine at <50C. Any insight would be appreciated. I'm more confused and curious than irritated that it's mildly irritating to play at 30 fps. I honestly have ZERO ideas as to why this is happening.

Edit: I'm convinced it's specifically a bug between my 2070S or its drivers, and the game/engine. Good luck, everyone.

Specs are as follows:

Ryzen 7 3700x, 8 Core 4.1GHz w/ multithreading
RTX 2070 SUPER
128 (4x32)GB DDR4 1200MHz memory
ASUS x570-p Mobo
300GB SSD (For OS, antivirus, VPN, etc.)
1TB HDD (Which KF2 is on)

How exactly do I add someone on KL2?

My friend and I both got KF2 (I have it on Epic Games and he has it on Steam) and we do not know how to add each other. We once got in a party together and when I tried right clicking his name to add him, there was only a Mute button. What exactly do I do?
