Possible fix for inaudible voice communications (VOIP)

I've had an issue with voice communication being inaudible. I could not hear anyone else, and no one else could hear me. The indicator for someone transmitting over voice was clearly visible (be it for me or someone else). Being opted in to the Steam beta was not the issue and clearing old config files didn't work. However, I have found something which worked for me so I wanted to share it with the rest of you in case it helps you as well.

Find your KFEngine.ini file. It should be in Documents/My Games/KillingFloor2/KFGame/Config. In this file, under [IpDrv.TcpNetDriver], ensure that AllowPeerVoice is set to True. For some reason it was false for me, and I had never changed this manually nor in-game.

I have never seen this mentioned in my many Google searches on this very issue, so I hope this helps someone!

General question: Vampire or Butcher?

Which is considered better?
Survivability, or that extra 20% damage?
I'm trying to figure out if 4 health per kill is worth dropping one possible less swing on larger zeds.

I've always stuck with Butcher. But I wanna hear what people think

Okay so the name of The Knight character is Tom Banner in reference to the developers of the game Chivalry Medieval Warfare, who are Torn Banners Studios. Crazy, right ? 😳

The base game feels stale after a while. I like surviving the waves, but having a real objective mode would make it much more fun.
