Why can Enforcer Mask only be equipped on ONE character?! Posted: 14 Dec 2019 04:42 PM PST Can someone explain to me why can one of the coolest cosmetics (Enforcer Mask with blue eyes that looks like Combine helmet from HL2) only be equipped on one character (PC Rob Briar)?! Where is the logic behind this? I understand highly specific items, but this is a helmet, it can't possibly conflict with anything.
