- I remember it took me about 2 weeks to get the VS Survival trophies when I first went for platinum. That's how dead the game mode was on PS4.

I can't see/ imagine how the characters would look with certain cosmetics/skins and I think its one of the many problems why this game isn't as popular/earning that much money. Cannot play with friends on a listen server Posted: 02 Jul 2021 01:45 PM PDT Hello there, I know there already are a lot of posts about this, but they're all a bit old, and none of the solutions I found worked, so here I am. As said in the title, I'm trying to play with a friend by setting up a listen server, but when my friend tries to join, he's stuck on "Connecting to server..." until it times out. - Ports are open (I doubled check on my router's admin interface, even checked with nmap from a linux computer) - UPNP Enabled is False - ServerBehindNAT is True - My friend obviously connects by entering the "open" or "start" command, followed by my public IP with port 7707. - Only difference content-wise between my friend and I is I own the "Rising Storm Tommy Gun" DLC, and my friend does not. But I disabled it and same issue. Nothing works. Does anyone know how to host a listen server properly nowadays ? Should be noticed that I already managed to make it work, but it was at least a year ago. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 01 Jul 2021 11:05 AM PDT I have about 40 hours in both killing floors and currently, my answer to this is "Unless you're playing on Moonbase in a room with a high ceiling, you just pray the team focuses it down before it kills you".
But both Killing Floors were received as great games without what appears to be such an obvious balancing flaw. So what is it? How are classes like Firebugs, Commandos, Support, Medic, etc. supposed to survive Fleshpounds when the Demos and Sharpshooters and Gunslingers are busy elsewhere? [link] [comments] | ||

Killing floor 2 is really amazing to me Posted: 01 Jul 2021 04:45 AM PDT I must say im really enjoying this game and some people i met are very chill and its fun. Game to kill hordes and can be a true challenge in higher difficulties with new moves these enemies do and the variety of weapons,characters, 8 player count, really captivate my attention and i think this game help me get better aiming without cross hair and have reflexes than ever before. I got into killing floor 2 by a friend introducing me to it but i never had chance to buy it now flash forward 2 years later(from 2019) i bought it on sale and i been hooked on it my main class is medic,main character mr.foster and my fav weapon is the pistol you get for medic class and the hemoglobber is my go to for healing my teammates i always love support and i really do see so many gameplay's and styles you can switch anytime. Im pleased they had recently updated the game something i haven't seen much(ahem let it die-) and better yet even on consoles its updated as pc(looking at you payday2- console) but on topic.i really like the ost of this game the metal core really attracted me and pumps me up to play the game and it makes it feel more badass and i love the bosses my fav is patriarch who acts like a fool yet very deadly to toy with. In conclusion i really love this game and wish i was around sooner and i hope to see a sequel comeout maybe for ps5! And im a ps4 player- PC does look nice but maybe one day i will enjoy full experience but ps4 is still really nice and appreciate that they update a game even after years and still support it trust me i know what it is to feel droughts of content- [link] [comments] | ||
New "Moonbase" map on Ps4 broken. Posted: 01 Jul 2021 04:22 PM PDT I was able to complete the weekly and a survival match. However, Endless mode has experienced constant crashing since the update began. At this time it is practically impossible to finish an Endless game through normal circumstances. It crashes when entering a match or just randomly at any point in the match. Usually the the entire lobby crashes between waves 20-30. My guess is the game cannot handle this map? Maybe there is just too much going on with all the jumping, explosions, & big Zed piles that the game just overloads and crashes out? Hoping this problem will be addressed & corrected so that the map can be enjoyable. [link] [comments] | ||

(Someone actually well known on this reddit but I'll keep that undisclosed). With the increased starting dosh (in my opinion), joining late doesn't really impede on late joiners effectiveness. Posted: 30 Jun 2021 03:48 PM PDT Does anyone remember when endless mode first released? I never see anyone talk about it at all. It was a bit different and I kinda miss it in a way. No matter the difficulty the zeds always dealt normal difficulty damage. Their health would be higher but their damage stayed at normal status. I was able to make it to round 70+ on a public 6 man hoe endless server because of this. The devs mentioned that the difficulty would ramp up even If you started on normal but I think this was only true for the aggression levels. Every special wave had the same standard amount of zeds. This meant there would be scrake waves with 100+ scrakes. This was the case for EVERY special wave. Fleshpound waves used to be a thing but I guess they were removed. I'm not talking about poundemonium either. The game would spawn over a hundred fleshpounds and it was a game ender. It would crash my game a lot too. So maybe it was removed for those two reasons. The special waves have since been tweaked depending on what zed is being spawned. So we only see about 30 scrakes or 60 bloats instead of the 100+ it used to be. The difficulties work as normal too. Can't remember when these were "fixed" or changed but it's kinda too easy. I have a few videos on my YouTube that show how chaotic the old special waves were. Having edars mixed in with husk and stalker waves makes no sense. Back when edars didn't exist it was ONLY husks and ONLY stalkers. An edar is not a husk nor a stalker and don't even share any traits for either besides having a similar projectile ability to the husk which isn't even comparable. I used to get excited for husk rounds but not since edars were thrown into the mix. If the devs want edars in special waves then give them their own wave. Not rocket science. Also since there have been more weekly variants added I wonder if they'll eventually be applied to the endless special waves. What do you guys think. [link] [comments] | ||
