[Gunslinger loadout] 2 Magnums + 2 Deagles + AF-2011 + 1911 Posted: 30 Jan 2020 12:43 PM PST This is a variation of the classic Gunslinger META loadout (2 Magnums + 2 Deagles + 2 1911s + HMTech-101) that substitutes the second 1911 and the Medic Pistol with a single AF-2011. It might have been used here and here since the day when the AF-2011 has been introduced, but I haven't seen it mentioned as a META loadout anywhere for some reason. This is why I've decided to share it and ask if anyone else has used it at some point. So far, this is the only loadout that can serve as a replacer for the old SPX META (2 Magnums + SPX + Deagle + 1911) in situations where other weapons start having ammo issues (holding a heavy-traffic lane, hard-carrying, etc.). Just like that loadout, it offers:
Running out of ammo with this loadout should be hard. It could be a good option for players who:
Compared to the classic Gunslinger META, this loadout lets the player use the Deagles for ZED Time more frequently, without worrying that their ammo pool might be necessary for trash zeds at some point. Recommended weapon usage. AF-2011 The default handgun for killing trash zeds. 2 Magnums The default handguns for killing large zeds and Scrakes that managed to get too close to players (the Gun Hit affliction triggered during the 2nd shot stops it for a brief moment). 2 Deagles Secondary handguns for large zed killing in situations when you don't have time to reload the Magnums or when the Magnums are out of ammo. The primary option for ZED Time once the Magnums are emptied. 1911 A secondary handgun for trash killing once the AF-2011 is out of ammo. Have you used this loadout at some point? Posted: 30 Jan 2020 01:33 PM PST Since the introduction of a bunch of new guns in the last few years, I'm wondering what top-tier medics look like now. The AR is probably mandatory due to strong healing, as it was before? The healthrower seems to provide some awesome crowd control. Is it worth taking? Perhaps paired with the shotgun for big zeds/AR for extra heals? Does the grenade gun get a lot of use? Why/why not? And what about the rest? [link] [comments] | ||
